Most people, but there are a few restrictions.
First, you must appoint at least one director.
Next, as per Section 124 of the Business Corporations Act, British Columbia, a director must:
- be 18 years of age or older;
- not found by any court withing Canada or elsewhere to be incapable of mananging one's own affairs;
- an undischarged bankrupt;
- not have been convicted of various offences (click

You do not have to be resident in British Columbia to be a director.
